North Las Vegas - Kingman (January 2011)

I called Jamie, an ex-US Marines, to arrange the DA40 for a flight from Las Vegas North to Kingman airport. It was the same aircraft as in 2009 when going to Death Valley. Kingman airport is 85 miles South-East and is the nearest (small) aircraft graveyard.

After take-off I headed to Hoover dam and from there on south along the Colorado river till Lake Mohave. From Lake Mohave direction East to Kingman.

For the return flight I stayed South of Las Vegas and entered the Las Vegas North airspace from the West-side.
