A fellow worker was looking for a very small enclosure the house a small tracking device. The device included a GPS receiver, an SMS gateway and a battery. The housing needed some small holes, to insert the SIM card, connector for a cable to connect to a PC to configure the device, a small reset hole. Entire size is 24 x 24 x 15 mm.

I studied the case and accepted the challenge! I made a some drawings and arrived to an approach with 2 shells. I used Phenolic Paper (aka. Bakelite) and milled it with my CNC milling machine.
